Our
Mission
|
Public
Eye is a Philadelphia-area group that produces
public events featuring the arts. We focus our
lens on the interactions between human and nonhuman
animals in order to shed light on hidden or ignored
injustices and to promote a cruelty-free lifestyle.
Public Eye is a project of Mobilization
for Animals (PA),
a 501C3 nonprofit organization.

Public Eye: Artists for Animals and The Vegan Bus for
a down-home vegan BBQ with hula hoops, lawn games,
musical instruments, and an art project. The Vegan
Bus is a group of activists, artists, and speakers
traveling on a full-sized school bus running on waste
vegetable oil. The Bus uses art, performance, and media
to raise awareness of the connections between dietary
choice, personal health, cultural ethics, and globally
sustainable ecology. The Bus will park at Clark Park,
a lovely setting in University City with trees and
a playground. Please bring a vegan/vegetarian picnic
lunch, blanket/lawn chairs, and drinks for your family.
We will provide additional items (veggie dogs, burgers,
etc.) for the BBQ! Friendly dogs are welcome at Clark
Park. We request an RSVP with the number and ages of
your children. |
